On July 2nd, the first BIT-Santander Summer School on Innovation and Entrepreneurship opened in BIT. The opening ceremony was attended by Vice President of BIT Professor MEI Hong, Head of Consumer Finance Asia Pacific Santander Dr. ZHOU Wei, Rector’s Representative of Technical University of Madrid Professor Claudio Feijoo, and all members of the program.

This three-week summer school is sponsored by the Bank of Santander, and organized by BIT and Technical University of Madrid. The program contains lectures and seminars in entrepreneurship, industry visits, and cultural activities. There are 47 students from Spain, China, Mexico, Portugal, Brazil, Italy, Greece, Equator, Russia and Argentina joining this program.
